“Stress, injury, and pain can create imbalances in our lives.  I believe that various modalities of bodywork combined can create a synergistic effect on the body.  This in turn initiates a healing response from the body. When we come back into balance on all levels (emotional, physical and mental) we progress back to improved health and well being.  It is my goal to listen to and work with my clients to bring their lives into a place of  Synergy!”
