Dr. Cheri Carlson

 Dr. Cheri Carlson graduated cum laude from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in 1997. She also has a BA from the University of Minnesota-Minneapolis in Speech-Communication. Dr. Carlson is a certified acupuncturist and in 2004 completed a 3 year Chiropractic Neurology program. In 1999, she received the Spine Research Institute of San Diego’s certification in post automobile accident injuries and care.  In addition, she received a certification in Rehabilitation in 2009 and is currently working on a 48 hour nutrition certificate. Dr. Carlson has also served as an adjunct faculty member for Northwestern Health Sciences University since 2005. 

 

Giving back to the Sartell and St. Cloud communities is very important to Dr. Carlson.  She currently serves on the Sartell Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, volunteers for the St.Cloud Chamber, is a member of the Cloud City Achievers of BNI, as well as serving on advisory boards for the Minnesota School of Business and Central Minnesota Women Magazine.  She has volunteered her time and resources to many area charities including; Anna Marie's Shelter, Habitat for Humanity, MS Society, American Cancer Association, the St.John's Boys Choir, and more. In recent years she has co-chaired Habitat for Humanity’s 2008 Women Build project and served as a board member for Child Care Choices, Inc. She enjoys networking, and is always excited to speak and educate the public about the benefits of chiropractic and wellness care.

 

Dr. Carlson loves spending time with her family, reading, digital scrapbooking, exercising and traveling to adventurous places. 



Danielle Kudrna

Danielle is a chiropractic assistant here at Synergy Chiropractic.  She has over 13 years of experience doing insurance billing, reception, and patient care in the field of chiropractic.  She finds working in the field of natural health care to be very rewarding.  She graduated from North Dakota State University with a degree in Child Development and Family Science. 

Danielle lives in Sartell with her husband and two children. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, exercising, scrapbooking, and traveling. 



Jill Peterson

Jill has been with Synergy Chiropractic and Wellness since July of 2008 as our bookkeeper.  Since June of 2010 she has joined our staff as a chiropractic assistant.  Working at Synergy Chiropractic is very rewarding to Jill in many ways.  The wonderful staff and great patients that are a part of the Synergy community are one of the most rewarding aspects of her job.


Jill lives with her teenage daughter in St.Joseph.  In her spare time, Jill enjoys volunteering at New Beginnings and St.Cloud school athletics.  She also likes to watch basketball and baseball, play golf, and spend time with family and friends. 

 


Tanya Tesch, CMT

Tanya grew up in Grey Eagle, Minnesota and moved to Duluth to continue her education at Regency Beauty Institute, where she obtained her cosmetology license.  Her interest in natural healing and the power of massage brought her to the Minnesota School of Business where she obtained a degree in massage therapy.

 

 

 

 

 


Sue Alexander, CMT

Sue has worked in health and wellness since becoming a Reiki practitioner in 1995.  She has continued her education through the years and holds certifications in various modalities such as acupressure, shiatsu, swedish massage, lymphatic drainage, vita flex, aromatherapy and raindrop technique.  As a Certified Massage Therapist, Sue combines appropriate therapies to suit each clients own personal needs.

 

"To me, massage is beyond relaxation.  It is really more about being committed to assisting my clients into reaching a state of deep calm where balance and rejuvenation can take place.  Massage combined with chiropractic care can help to keep the energetic pathways of the body open, thus supporting balance and continued homeostasis."

 

Living a healthy, active lifestyle is essential to Sue's own success and well being and in her freetime she enjoys walking her dogs, yoga, weight training, reading, gardening, snowmobiling, and healthy cooking.
